At MusicZone Musicals, we strive to provide quality musical instruments and accessories. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and share clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Personal preferences

  • Products no longer required by the customer

Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Refunds will not be issued for any successfully delivered products. If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will provide an exchange/replacement after verification instead of a refund.

Important Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • MusicZone Musicals reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported issue before approving an exchange.

  • Exchange requests submitted after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
